So…do you remember that other post about buying the warranty on your cymbals? This is kinda the reason why.

I sent my cymbals back to Zildjian and contacted their representative who gave me a work order on my beautiful 18″A Custom Cymbal.

And here we are, in all it’s glory resting on my bed. I can tell ya that was a amazing day to come home to one of my favorite cymbals that I’ve purchased all shiny and new. Smells like bronze and polish!!

So let’s get real everyone, if you’re a committed and serious drummer, your cymbals are going to break. It’s kinda part of the whole deal, especially crashes!! Get that warranty, it last for 2 years via the manufacturer and 2 extra through Guitar Center!! I may not be too sharp on that either because last time I talked to them they mentioned that they changed the company that the deals with the insurance claims and might be able to work out 3 years of coverage. Guys, that’s 5 years of coverage for 30$.

Love yourself and your cymbals.

And in all seriousness thank you to the guys at Guitar Center for explaining the deal to me and to Zildjian.

endorsements much?!
