So shortly after getting back in town from the Pencil in a Mineshaft Long Weekend Tour Woodcock and I were chatting about future shows and things he had on the books to play once we got back to L.A. Well… he wasn’t kiddin’, we have shows booked out till mid September!!

So I was in a rehearsal with an artist and he wanted me to lay down some drums for his EP. We were working out a new song with a new band and him and the guitar player had worked out a rough outline of a new song.
“I want it to be real punk rock ya know? Like…an anthem!”

Last weekend Dead Girls Corps. shot a video. I unfortunately have no idea what the video will ultimately look like as there is supposed to be a ton of editting involved on this one. It was a super fun shoot and super long but so worth it!!
First of all, there isn’t anything better .. being on the road with a few guys that you really gel with, experiencing new things, new places, new cultures. New experiences help direct our moral compass …

First show of 2010 and what a good one! I love the Viper Room. I’ve played there a few times now so it’s more like homebase rather than some foreign venue. I love that it always sounds good in the crowd!! Below is video right before we hit the stage which was rad. Thanks to everyone that came out and shook their asses!!
